Leveraging innovative business models and specialization to create demonstrable scale advantages;
Utilizing applied technology and process advances that change business paradigms; and
Employing unique business methods and structural advantages that drive operating and capital efficiencies.
Our primary investment interest is in early stage and growth equity situations in companies with $2 to $100 million in revenues that are sufficiently scalable such that $5 million to $20 million in growth capital can translate in to 5x or more in enterprise value over a 3 to 7 year time frame.
