Fountain Partners focuses on filling gaps in the financial services sector.  We provide direct capital in niche areas like venture and high growth equipment leasing and lending to other specialty finance companies as well as select equity investment in software and financial services companies.  In spite of the vast quantity of venture capital, growth capital or venture debt and private equity firms calling directly on interesting young companies, we occasionally meet entrepreneurs searching for the right financial partner and capital raising strategy.  The need is sufficient to us to offer our services on a select basis.  We do not desire to build another boutique investment bank.  We are not motivated by transactions.  Our motivation is to continue doing what we love which is simply to help companies reach their potential by leveraging our experience and relationships.
