Dan specializes in financial services, financial technology, new media, healthcare services and energy technology. Prior to joining Fountain Venture Partners in 2008 Dan spent seven years with CCP Equity Partners helping to build a successful venture portfolio with a number of notable investments including Magnet Communications and Princeton eCom. Prior to joining CCP Equity Partners in 2001, Dan spent four years as an equity research analyst specializing in Banks and Financial Technology with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Robertson Stephens. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Clark University and an MBA from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Tom manages Fountain Partners' venture and high growth equipment leasing fund, its lending activities to specialty finance companies, and other private investments. Tom makes select direct equity investments with particular interest in de novo financial services companies and software companies that impact or sell in to the financial services market. Tom's operating experience includes both financial services and software with an emphasis on quantitative analytics and performance measurement. His capital markets experience includes traditional commercial banking, investment banking and equity research, and direct debt and equity investment.
